Sethu(ram)an, from Kerala and currently based in New Delhi, works between communication design and experiential art, treating research as a scaffold for installations, films, and publications.
Ram is an alumni of the National Institute of Design and has also been a resident at Fabrica, the now defunct Italian artist residency. His practice delves into assembling, disassembling, and re-assembling, not just materials, but also intangible encounters with the everyday.
Across mediums, Ram attempts to fold narrative clarity into spatial and experiential encounters, often working with ready-made objects in not-so-ready-made contexts.
